Donate Typhoon Yolanda/ Haiyan Victims in BATAN, AKLAN
Batan, one of the towns or municipalities in Aklan was severely devastated by Super Typhoon Yolanda with international name Haiyan, the strongest typhoon in the world that hit Philippines almost 2 weeks ago this month of November 2013.
So many people in Aklan especially in Batan whose houses were destroyed by Typhoon Yolanda and until now several people are still homeless, they are now asking the help of the Government to at least help them to rebuild or reconstruct their houses.
Here are some of Barangays in Batan where several people are still living in a roofless home or houses and even others were totally destroyed by Super Typhoon Yolanda or Haiyan.
Bay-ang
Magpag-ong
Ipil
Mandong
Ambulong
So please help the people of Batan in Aklan especially in rebuilding their houses. There are several private entities or group of people have already reached out the victims of Yolanda in Batan by giving relief goods such as rice, can goods, coffee, sugar and noodles. Yes, it did help them though they are also asking financial assistance to be able them to at least buy materials for their destroyed houses such as nails, bamboo, nipa, woods, or even steel roof.
